Both offers are valid on the entire range except for excluded brands. In addition, you may request a free eye examination worth CHF 50.00 to be carried out in your Visilab store (the value of the eye examination cannot be deducted from the price of the glasses), valid for the entire duration of your subscription and as many times as necessary. Making an appointment is recommended. As a subscriber, you will also benefit from the free exchange or replacement of your contact lenses in the event of a change of correction, discomfort, tearing or loss. All these offers are permanent, with no minimum purchase amount, and they cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. The customer or VisilabGroup AG may terminate the contract at any time. The customer can cancel the subscription directly from their MyVisilab area or by contacting customer service. VisilabGroup AG is free to change the terms and conditions of the contact lens subscription at any time and, in this case, they will inform the customer in writing at least 20 working days before the new terms and conditions come into force.

Diese Angebote sind permanent, ohne Mindestkaufbetrag und nicht kumulierbar mit anderen Vergünstigungen. Der Kunde oder VisilabGroup SA können den Vertrag jederzeit kündigen. Der Kunde kann das Abo direkt über seinen MyVisilab-Bereich kündigen oder den Kundenservice kontaktieren. VisilabGroup SA steht es frei, die Bedingungen des Linsen-Abos jederzeit zu ändern. Im Fall von Änderungen wird VisilabGroup SA den Kunden mindestens 20 Arbeitstage vor Inkrafttreten der neuen Bedingungen schriftlich informieren.
